Service overview

FIJLY Studio provides video production services for SaaS companies. These terms govern your use of the fijly.com website and the FIJLY Studio client portal.

Website use

The fijly.com website is publicly accessible. Creating an account lets you start projects and follow them. Creating an account or submitting a form does not create a service agreement.

Submitting a project records the video you chose, any add-ons, and the price calculated from our published price list at that moment. Nothing is charged on this website.

Milestone payments

Each project is paid in three parts: 15% to start the project, 45% when you approve the storyboard, and 40% on final delivery. We email you a PayPal invoice for each milestone; payment is made to PayPal, not on this website.

Work on a stage begins once the invoice for that stage is confirmed as paid. Your project stays as Awaiting Payment until the 15% project-start payment is received, we do not begin video production until the 45% storyboard milestone is settled, and final files are released on the 40% final payment.

Prices are confirmed when you submit a project. A later change to our published price list does not change the price of a project already submitted.

Refund terms are agreed per project.

Client portal

The FIJLY Studio portal is available to clients with active service agreements. Access is provided via individual accounts created by the FIJLY team. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

Content ownership

You retain ownership of all materials you provide (brand assets, briefs, logos, footage, scripts and voice recordings). FIJLY retains ownership of production methods and templates. Completed videos are owned by you upon full payment of all three milestones.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the portal, attempt to access other clients’ data, upload malicious files, or use the service for illegal purposes.

Limitation of liability

FIJLY provides video production services on a best-effort basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific project in question.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email to active clients. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
