Who we are

FIJLY Studio (“FIJLY”, “we”, “us”) is a video production service for SaaS companies. This notice explains what data we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

When you create an account, we collect your name and email address. When you start a project, we also collect your company name and website, the video type and length you chose, your brief and creative details, any files you upload (a logo, screenshots, a script or a voice over), the price we calculate for the project, and the three milestone payments it is split into. This information is stored securely in our database, hosted by Supabase on servers in Mumbai, India.

We record the status of each milestone payment (due, paid, waived or refunded), the method used and the invoice reference, so both of us can see what has been settled. Payments are taken outside this website: we email you a PayPal invoice for each milestone, and PayPal handles the payment itself. We never see or store your card or bank details.

Your password is handled by our authentication provider (Supabase Auth); we never see it and never store it with your orders. If you choose to sign in with Google, Google shares your name and email address with us.

When you use the FIJLY Studio client portal, we store your account information, project data, uploaded files, and production history. This data belongs to your workspace and is only visible to your team and the FIJLY production team.

How we use your data

We use your account and project details to set up your FIJLY Studio workspace, respond to your enquiry and produce your video. We use your payment records to invoice each milestone and to track what has been paid. We use portal data to manage your video production workflow. We do not sell, share, or use your data for advertising.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use cookies for tracking or advertising. The client portal uses session tokens for authentication, which are essential for the service to function.

Third-party services

We use Supabase for database hosting and file storage. We use jsDelivr CDN to load the Supabase JavaScript library. If you sign in with Google, Google provides the sign-in. We use PayPal to invoice milestone payments; when we send you an invoice, PayPal receives your name, email address and the project reference, and handles the payment under its own privacy policy. No other third-party services receive your data.

Data retention

Sign-up requests and projects that are never paid for are retained for 12 months. Payment records are kept for as long as our tax and accounting obligations require. Client portal data is retained for the duration of your service agreement plus 90 days. You can request deletion at any time by emailing hello@fijly.com.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing hello@fijly.com. We will respond within 30 days.
